Abstract

Meanwhile, the system is adjustable in body building strength, has two body building modes and can be used for evaluating the body building effect. The system comprises a body building module, a display and control module and an infrared sensing module, wherein the body building module is composed of a base, a supporting panel, a panel support and a sliding mechanism, the display and control module is composed of a control module, an angle encoder, a keyboard and a liquid crystal display and the infrared sensing module is composed of an active infrared sensor and a control circuit of the active infrared sensor.
