Problems solved by technology

[0007] Based on the traditional pulse injection method, combined with the electromagnetic characteristics of the electrically excited double salient motor, the present invention proposes a novel method for estimating the initial position and low speed operation of the electrically excited double salient motor based on the pulse current response method without a position sensor. The problem that needs to be solved by this method is: to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional positionless methods that cannot realize accurate position detection when the motor is stationary, hysteresis-free connection when running at low speed, poor portability, etc., and obtain a simple and easy-to-implement position sensorless control strategy, laying the foundation for the reliable start and smooth operation of electrically excited doubly salient motors

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The invention accurately detects the initial rotor position of an electrically excited double salient pole motor by detecting the current response, ensures that the initial position detection is connected with the low-speed operation of the motor without hysteresis, and realizes a static start control strategy for the smooth start and operation of the motor.

[0025] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, technical scheme of the invention is described in detail:

[0026] This method is applicable to electrically excited double salient pole motors with various numbers of phases. In this paper, an electrically excited double salient pole motor with a three-phase 12 / 8 structure is used as an example to illustrate. The plane structure of the motor is as follows: figure 1 As shown, the drive control circuit such as figure 2 shown. image 3 It is a flow chart of the position sensorless method for starting and accelerating an electrically excited doubly salient pole...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic double-salient-pole motor static and low-speed operation sensorless method based on commutation point current response. The method includes: determining the rotor position area when a motor is static by a high-frequency pulse filling method according to the feature that the double-phase armature windings of a three-phase electro-magnetic double-salient-pole motor are serially communicated, determining the initial communication phase and the initial communicating time according to the area so as to guarantee that the motor is started and operated stably, giving the high-frequency signals to two closed switch tubes and two switch tubes requiring to be communicated after phase change when the initial fixed pulse signals are over and the dead-time is passed, respectively detecting bus current i11 and i22, if i11<i22, continuing to give the fixed pulse width to the two closed switch tubes, and if i11>i22, starting phase change. By the method, the defects that motor delay-free starting cannot be guaranteed and algorithm is complex of traditional various sensorless methods are overcome. In addition, the sensorless control method is simple, reliable, and easy to implement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a position sensorless control method for an electric excitation double salient motor, belonging to the technical field of electric excitation double salient motor control. Background technique [0002] As a novel motor control technology, position sensorless technology is widely used in the research of aerospace, industrial information and other fields. The research on position sensorless technology has expanded the application range of electrically excited double salient pole motors, improved the integration of motor systems, and laid a foundation for the application of motors in occasions where position sensors are easily disturbed. [0003] Electric excitation double salient pole motor combines the advantages of permanent magnet motor and switched reluctance motor. There is no winding and permanent magnet on the rotor, and the structure is simple. At the same time, the excitation winding is used to replace the permanent magn...
