Abstract

A server stress testing method comprises the steps of classifying electronic equipments scattered in the network to form a test cluster, wherein the electronic equipment in each level below an initial level is coupled with one electronic equipment in an upper level, and the electronic equipment in the lowest level is also coupled with a tested server; transmitting a test message to the test cluster in such a manner that the test message is transmitted from each electronic equipment in the initial level downwards to each electronic equipment in the lowest level in the test cluster, and electronic equipments in each level copy the test message and transmit the copied message to the next level before the test message is transmitted to the lowest level; transmitting the test message to the server to test the server by each electronic equipment in the lowest level; collecting the test result.
