Abstract

The invention discloses a recycling method for tailings, and relates to a method for making microcrystalline glass from tailings. The method for making microcrystalline glass from tailings involves the following raw materials by mass: 32-40 parts of iron tailings, 20-30 parts of gold tailings, 6-10 parts of albite, 20-30 parts of quartz sand, 2-5 parts of borax, and 2-3 parts of barium oxide. The method includes: crushing and grinding the raw materials, making the materials into a liquid glass at high temperature, then pouring the liquid glass into a forming die rapidly, thus finally obtaining the product. The method provided by the invention realizes recyclable use of iron and gold tailings. With small environmental influence, the process has optimistic application prospects, and is suitable for making microcrystalline glass from various tailings.

Description

technical field [0001] The utility invention discloses a method for reusing tailings, and relates to a method for making glass-ceramic from tailings. Background technique [0002] With the mining of gold mines and the rapid development of the power industry, the accumulation of gold mine tailings and fly ash has increased year by year, occupying cultivated land and polluting the environment. Scientific researchers have been working hard in the direction of how to comprehensively utilize these waste residues. Great progress has been made in the utilization of waste slag and environmental treatment, especially in the research on the preparation of various glass-ceramic materials by using industrial waste slag, scientific researchers have made a lot of efforts. However, the research on the preparation of glass-ceramics using iron tailings, gold mine tailings and fly ash and other slags has not been reported. Iron tailings and gold ore tailings are a kind of waste produced by i...
