The system comprises a charging module which is connected with a super capacitor and is used for performing power conversion on alternating current to charge the super capacitor, a temperature detection module which is connected with the super capacitor and is used for detecting the temperature of the super capacitor, an internal resistance detection module which is connected with the charging module and is used for detecting internal resistance after the super capacitor is charged, a capacitance value detection module which is connected with the charging module and is used for detecting the capacitance value in the charging process of the super capacitor, a processing module which is connected with the charging module, the temperature detection module, the internal resistance detection module and the capacitance value detection module respectively, and an alarm module which is connected with the processing module and is used for generating an alarm signal when the super capacitor becomes abnormal.
