Abstract

The thawing device 10 includes a cabinet 11 having a thawing chamber 12 inside, a steam generation mechanism 20 generating steam supplied to the thawing chamber 12 to thaw the object to be thawed, and an exhaust mechanism 40 for exhausting the steam supplied to the thawing chamber 12 to the outside. The exhaust mechanism 40 is provided with a cylinder part 46 having one end communicated with the thawing chamber 12 and the other end communicated with the outside of the thawing chamber 12, and a spiral plate part 47 which is threadedly connected with the inner surface of the cylinder part 46 via an outer periphery to be arranged in the cylinder part 46 to enable steam to flow spirally.
