Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing mixing uniformity of solid-state materials. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing various to-be-mixed solid-state materials of different colors according to a set mode, and obtaining mixed materials; (2) sampling the mixed material or selecting the range, and photographing to obtain digital photos of the mixed materials by using a digital camera; (3) performing color selection on the digital photos of the mixed materials by using image processing software, and obtaining different color pixel value ratios; and (4) determining that the closer the original ratio of different color pixel value ratios on the digital photos to the solid-state materials is, the higher the mixing degree is. The method is easy to operate and is applied for judging the mixing uniformity of mixtures with obvious color differences and judging a mixing effect of a certain mixing and stirring mode on the mixed materials.
