The unilateral three-dimensional external fixator is provided with a small number of components and is simple in structure, easy to assemble and capable of conducting fixation easily. Since the combined clamping blocks are selected, the fixing positions and the number of the clamping blocks can be selected according to fracture types, and true three-dimensional fixation can be realized through the clamping blocks and the short fixing rods with different lengths and different radians.
