The monitor timekeeping module is for monitoring the program which is being displayed by the television and transmitting the monitored information to the voice recognition engine; the voice recognition engine is used for matching the important voice with the information in the voice recognition keyword database and transmitting orders to the determination control module according to the matching result; and the determination control module is used for transmitting the order of controlling to switch the channel to the channel switching module according to the result of weighing calculation performed on the order transmitted by the voice recognition engine.
