Problems solved by technology

The experimental preparation time of this method is shorter, the pretreatment time needs to be 1 day, and a small amount of water sample is required (the total amount of nitrogen required is as low as 0.5 micrograms), and other high-concentration ions and toxic substances in the water body do not interfere with the experimental results. Abstract

The invention discloses a pretreatment method used for measuring water body nitrogen and oxygen isotopes via chemical conversion. The pretreatment method comprises following steps: (1) water samples to be measured are delivered into a reduction column filled with copper plated cadmium granules, and then an eluant is delivered into the reduction column for elution; (2) a nitrite nitrogen solution is injected into a headspace bottle, the headspace bottle is vacuumized, high-pure helium is injected, an acetic acid-sodium azide mixed solution is injected for reaction, and at last, a sodium hydroxide solution is added so as to stop reaction. According to the pretreatment method, pretreatment time is shortened to 25min, and no azoimide leakage is caused in pretreatment processes, so that safety and utilizability of the pretreatment method are increased further. Standard curve fitting coefficients of the pretreatment method are all higher than 0.999, and nitrogen and oxygen isotope repeated experiment result error of a same sample is lower than 0.0002.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water body measurement, and in particular relates to a pretreatment method for measuring water body nitrogen and oxygen isotopes by using a chemical conversion method. Background technique [0002] Human activities have increased the concentration of nitrogen in the biosphere and hydrosphere, bringing about a series of environmental problems, such as eutrophication of lakes, rivers and water bodies in coastal areas, acidification of fragile environments, and deterioration of drinking water quality. Nitrate is the main form of nitrogen pollutants in freshwater bodies. In recent years, due to the excessive use of agricultural chemical fertilizers and the large discharge of domestic sewage and animal manure, the nitrate content in fresh water is higher than the normal level, which poses a potential health threat to the human body. Since there are many sources of nitrate and the cycle process is very complic...
