Abstract

The invention discloses a process and a device for producing continuous lining plastic compound steel pipes. The production device sequentially comprises an automatic feeding device, a stepping heating device, a flanging device, a sealing and pressing device and a cooling device in a material conveying direction. The process comprises the following steps: (1) firstly preprocessing the inner walls of galvanized steel pipes; (2) drawing plastic lining pipes into the steel pipes and causing two ends of the plastic lining pipes to extend out of the steel pipes; (3) heating the steel pipes containing the plastic lining pipes to enable temperatures of the steel pipes to reach 150 DEG C-180 DEG C; (4) flanging one section of plastic lining pipes extending out of the steel pipes backwards to enable the section of plastic lining pipes to wrap the steel pipes, namely wrapping the edges of openings of the steel pipes; (5) filling two ends of the steel pipes with compressed air to enable pressure to be 0.5-1.0MPa, and expanding the plastic lining pipes to be close to the inner walls of the steel pipes; and (6) spraying and cooling the surfaces of the steel pipes.
