The system comprises a reservoir, a first-stage device, a second-stage device and a third-stage device, wherein the reservoir is arranged above the first-stage device; the first-stage device is arranged above the second-stage device; the bottom of the first-stage device is communicated with the bottom of the second-stage device through a pipeline; a bottom electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pipeline; a bottom water outlet electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pipeline by which the bottom water outlet of the first-stage device is communicated with the top of the second-stage device; the second-stage device is arranged above the third-stage device; the bottom of the second-stage device is communicated with the bottom of the third-stage device through a pipeline; a bottom electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pipeline; a bottom water outlet electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pipeline by which the bottom water outlet of the second-stage device is communicated with the top of the third-stage device.
