The energy-saving and environment-friendly furnace is characterized in that the furnace body is internally provided with a shelf used for placement of fuel, holes are formed in the shelf, a first stop board is arranged above the shelf, a gap for fuel burning is reversed between the first stop board and the shelf, and when the fuel on the shelf burns, fuel which does not fully burn is stopped through the first stop board and then falls to the shelf. The slag removing outlet is formed in the lower portion of the position, connected with the shelf, of the furnace body; the feed port is formed between the positions, connected with the first stop board and the shelf, of the furnace body.
