The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of coating a substrate by using a stripping glue layer which can be formed in a mould pressing manner; depositing an optical film on the surface of the stripping glue layer; coating the surface of the optical film by using a magnetic material layer; manufacturing a template with micro-structure graphs; stamping the substrate by using the template with the micro-structure graphs so that the magnetic material layer and the optical film on the substrate are pressed to be cracked into magnetic anti-fake miniature particles which are the same with the micro-structure graphs; adhering the particles to the substrate by using the stripping glue layer; and stripping off the magnetic anti-fake miniature particles from the substrate. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method for the magnetic anti-fake miniature particles has the advantages that a metal template stamping process is adopted, so that the magnetic anti-fake miniature particles can be manufactured in batches; and the magnetic anti-fake miniature particles can be widely applied, and can be directly added in a base material, or by adding the magnetic anti-fake miniature particles in printing oil or coating, the printing oil or coating is printed on a packaging material and has an anti-fake effect.
