The invention discloses a viaduct fast rescue escalator which comprises a stand column and a scaffold component, wherein the stand column is formed by butting multiple sections of sectional bars in a removable manner; ratchets are formed on left and right sides of the sectional bars in the axial direction; the top surfaces of the ratchets are limit surfaces while the bottom surfaces are guide surfaces; the scaffold component is composed of a pair of left and right transverse pipes and a connecting rod; the connecting rod surrounds around the sectional bars; corresponding to the left and right ratchets of the sectional bars, the pair of left and right transverse pipes are fixed at left and right ends of the connecting rod; a regulating handle, a spring and a guide block are arranged in a central hole of each transverse pipe; the outer ends of the regulating handles stretch out of outer ends of the transverse pipes while the inner ends are fixed at the outer ends of the springs; the guide blocks are arranged at the inner ends of the transverse pipes and are fixed with the inner ends of the springs; axial locating structures with at least two gears are arranged between the regulating handles and the transverse pipes; through the axial locating structures, the regulating handles move axially in the transverse pipes and are located, so that the guide blocks stretch out of the inner ends of the transverse pipes and are matched with the ratchets or retract.
