Abstract

The oil pumping and discharging device comprises an oil pumping pipeline and an oil injecting and discharging switch, and the target oil tank comprises 24 vector oil tanks. The controller collects the deflection angle when subsurface buoy attitude deflects and conducts analysis processing on the deflection angle to generate control signals which are transmitted to the oil injecting and discharging switch and the energy generator. The oil injecting and discharging switch and the energy generator are opened, and liquid oil in the oil storage tank is pumped and conveyed to all the vector oil tanks. The adjusting direction and distance of the gravity position of a subsurface buoy are precisely calculated through the volumes of liquid oil in all the vector oil tanks. According to a torque balance principle, directed adjustment of the subsurface buoy attitude is achieved, and the subsurface buoy deflecting from an initial state is made to return into the initial state.
