Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining a data transmission path in a wireless sensor network and a device thereof. The data transmission path can be determined according to power distribution, thereby balancing energy consumption of cooperative nodes, and furthermore prolonging life cycle of a network. The method comprises the steps of: S1, determining a weighted power distribution value which corresponds with a source node that is contained in a WSN for data transmission; S2: determining a first transmission cost when data are transmitted from the source node to a sub-node according to the weighted power distribution value for a random sub-node except for the source node in the WSN; S3: in all sub-nodes, selecting the sub-node with least first transmission cost into a source node set; and S4: performing relaxing operation on the sub-node which is newly added into the source node set and total sub-nodes that are not added into the source node set, and using the sub-node which is newly added into a returning executing source node set as the source node and returning for executing the step S2 until objective nodes for data transmission are all added into the source node set.
