The planetary-gear-type equal-ratio-output inter-axle slip-limiting differential mechanism comprises a front-drive planetary gear mechanism and a rear-drive planetary gear mechanism which are installed at the two ends of a driving shaft, and the driving shaft is arranged in a box. Power of the front-drive planetary gear mechanism is input from a front-drive integrated sun gear and output from a front-drive power shaft through a slip-limiting fixing frame, and the transmission ratio of the front-drive planetary gear mechanism is -alpha1. Power of the rear-drive planetary gear mechanism is input from a rear-drive integrated sun gear and output from a rear-drive power shaft through the slip-limiting fixing frame, and the transmission ratio of the rear-drive planetary gear mechanism is 1+alpha2. Inter-axle equal-ratio output is achieved when the alpha1 is equal to 1+alpha2.
