The invention provides a traffic flow missing data estimation system and method based on traffic time-spatial information, and applies to a computer device. According to the invention, traffic flow missing data can be estimated by a PPCA (probabilistic principal component analysis) model based on spatial data for a time-sensitive on-line traffic application system; and the traffic flow missing data can be estimated by a KPPCA (kernel probabilistic principal component analysis) model based on time-spatial data for a time-insensitive off-line traffic application system.
