According to the method, a correct network topology and the configuration item parameter value of each equipment are preplanned according to the practical communication demands of the equipment in a train communication network, and an online network topology of the train communication network is acquired on the basis. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring each train network equipment which practically accesses the train communication network at present as well as a connection relation among the train network equipment; judging whether the online network topology is consistent with the planned network topology or not, and if not, performing corresponding adjustment on the online network topology by running personnel in order that the online network topology is consistent with the planned network topology; and otherwise, performing corresponding parameter configuration on each train network equipment according to a pre-judged corresponding relation between the equipment and the configuration item parameter value. By adopting the method and the system, parameter information of each train network equipment does not need to be configured manually, manual operation is reduced, the configuration efficiency is increased, and the error rate is reduced.
