The detection device comprises pulley yokes, a main pulley component and a control cabinet which are sequentially arranged in the same axial direction; and the tension exerting system is characterized in that one pulley yoke is arranged outside each of two ends of a guide rail which is parallel to the axial direction; a drive part and a small pulley are respectively arranged on the inner side of each pulley yoke; the tension exerting system comprises a high-pressure oil cylinder, a tension sensor and a cart; both the high-pressure oil cylinder and the tension sensor are respectively arranged on the top of the cart; the high-pressure oil cylinder and the tension sensor are connected with a side pulley which is arranged on each pulley yoke.
