[0033] 2. Sample handling:

[0034] To analyze a certain burley tobacco sample, first extract the sample: Weigh 2.0 g of crushed tobacco sample into a 50 mL centrifuge tube with stopper, add 10 mL of water to infiltrate the sample, and let it stand for 10 min. Take 10 mL of acetonitrile into a centrifuge tube, oscillate on a vortex mixer at 2000 rpm for 1 min, and put the centrifuge tube into a -20°C refrigerator for 10 min. Then add the salting-out reagent package (containing 4 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 1 g sodium chloride, 1 g sodium citrate and 0.5 g disodium hydrogen citrate) to the centrifuge tube, and immediately vibrate at 2000 rpm on the vortex mixer 2 min, centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 3 min. Concentrate 5 mL of the supernatant to 1 mL by blowing...

Abstract

The invention relates to a convergence chromatography analytical method for residue of herbicides in tobacco and particularly relates to a method for detecting herbicides such as napropamide, alachlor, quizalofop-p-ethyl, diphenamid, metolachlor and clomazone in tobacco by virtue of a UPC<2>. The convergence chromatography analytical method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out extraction and primary decontamination on the herbicides contained in tobacco by virtue of a QuRChERS method; secondly, carrying out solid phase extraction purification on an extracting solution by virtue of a Florisil column so as to further reduce the interference of matrixes to a to-be-detected target; thirdly, detecting the herbicides by virtue of an ultra-performance convergence chromatographic instrument, and carrying out quantitative analysis by virtue of an external standard method. According to the convergence chromatography analytical method, all target substances can be analyzed within five minutes by virtue of the ultra-performance convergence chromatographic instrument, and the dosage of an organic solvent is extremely low in the analysis process; the convergence chromatography analytical method has the advantages of high efficiency, sensitivity and environment friendliness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for analyzing residual herbicides in tobacco by using convergence chromatography. Background technique [0002] In order to ensure the growth of tobacco crops and reduce labor input, tobacco growers generally spray herbicides during the growth of tobacco. Since these substances cannot be completely removed during tobacco processing, they will enter into the The smoker's body, or emit into the surrounding air and endanger the health of people around. Therefore, detection of such substances is one of the important contents to ensure the quality of tobacco. [0003] At present, research and application of herbicide analysis methods in tobacco mainly include gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, among which gas chromatography is a relatively commonly used method. Due to the long time of chromatographic analysis, high performance liquid chromatography needs to use a large amount of organic solvent...
