The preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting an emulsifiable solution formulation, in which the total weight of the quizalofop-p-ethyl, the fomesafen and the clomazone is 18 percent; and the fomesafen is mixed with organic amine in advance to form salts according to the proportion of 1:5-5:1 by percentage by weight, so that the salts can be dissolved in vegetable oil or derivatives of the vegetable oil; and mixing the salts with the quizalofop-p-ethyl and the clomazone, adding 1 to 3 weight percent of isobutyl alcohol and 5 to 10 weight percent of emulsifier into the mixture to give the emulsifiable solution with transparent and uniform state, and taking the balance as the vegetable oil or the derivatives of the vegetable oil of a solvent.
