A type of Achromobacterium and its inoculant, and their application in constructed wetlands for treating thallium-containing wastewater.

This invention provides *Achromobacterium* and its inoculum, and their application in constructed wetland treatment of thallium-containing wastewater. The *Achromobacterium* strain is *Achromobacterium* QBM-4, deposited at the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC), accession number: CCTCC NO: M20211051, deposit date: August 18, 2021. The inoculum is obtained by fermentation of *Achromobacterium*. This invention utilizes this strain to catalyze the in-situ generation of "bio-derived manganese oxide (Bio-MnOx)" within a wetland system, achieving selective fixation of thallium. This results in a removal rate of >99% for low-concentration thallium-containing wastewater with extremely low operating costs, while simultaneously meeting the requirements of economy, high efficiency, and stability. It can be applied to the treatment of thallium-containing wastewater in constructed wetlands.

Method for rapidly degrading petroleum hydrocarbons in high-salinity oily wastewater

ActiveCN119707093BFast degradationHigh load toleranceChromobacterium sp.Petroleum oil
The application provides a method for rapidly degrading petroleum hydrocarbon in high-salt oil-containing wastewater, adopts Pseudomonas Z1 and denitrifying achromobacter M1 for compounding, adds auxiliary liquid to obtain a bacterial agent, the degradation speed of the bacterial agent on petroleum hydrocarbon and the load tolerance of the bacterial agent on COD in wastewater are obviously higher than those of single bacterial species, and the bacterial agent has good salinity adaptability. In actual wastewater biochemical treatment, the bacterial agent can rapidly establish the bacterial community advantage in a small amount and a short time, effectively improves the microbial abundance and diversity in the system, and can achieve a better petroleum hydrocarbon degradation effect in a limited hydraulic retention time in continuous operation.
