The connecting line of the center position of the light target and the laser light source is parallel to the horizontal axis of a tube push bench. The data collecting module comprises an image collecting module and a data transmitting module, wherein the image collecting module and the data transmitting module are connected in sequence. The control center comprises a data receiving module and a data processing module, wherein the data receiving module and the data processing module are connected in sequence in a wireless or wired mode, and the data processing module is connected with a display device.
