A Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) adjacent cell interference control method, device and a WCDMA system are described in embodiments of the disclosure. The method includes that: feature information of each User Equipment (UE) in a non-handover region (a region beyond the boundary of downlink coverage of the cell) of a cell and a co-frequency adjacent cell thereof is acquired, then interference UEs of the cell are determined according to the acquired feature information, and then control instructions are transmitted to cells where these interference UEs locate to control power of these interference UEs, thus interference caused by these interference UEs locating beyond the boundary of the downlink coverage to the cell is controlled.
