Abstract

The invention discloses a method and equipment for regenerating dryers / protection beds of an MTP (Methanol To Propylene) device. According to the method, a fuel gas is used as a regeneration gas source; fuel gas generated by the MTP device and the fuel gas from the boundary are conveyed into a fuel gas pipe net of the MTP device; one path of the fuel gas is introduced from the fuel gas pipe net to a heater; the fuel gas introduced to the heater is heated to the temperature for regenerating the dryers / protection beds and then is used as a hot regeneration gas; the other branch of the fuel gas is introduced from the fuel gas pipe net to be used as cold regeneration gas; the heat regeneration gas and the cold regeneration gas are proportionally mixed according to different regeneration temperature requirements and then are conveyed into the dryers / protection beds; the fuel gas from the dryers / protection beds is cooled and is conveyed into a flash tank; then the fuel gas containing water is divided into two paths at the top of the flash tank; one path of the fuel gas is directly conveyed into a heating furnace to be used as a fuel and the other path of the fuel gas is pressurized by a circulating fuel gas compressor; and then, the fuel gas is cooled and is conveyed into the fuel gas pipe net, so that the internal circulation of the fuel gas is realized.
