Problems solved by technology

For each network standard, the NAS interface, air interface, and ground interface are end-to-end coupled, resulting in end-to-end interoperation between the standards. There are many cross-system interoperability signaling, and the time is prolonged. The NAS interface, air interface and ground interface cannot be realized. The decoupling of network standards between ground interfaces prevents the formation of a true Single RAN that integrates multiple network standards

Embodiment Construction

[0071] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the implementation manner of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0072] The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for cross-system interoperability, see figure 1 , as described below.

[0073] 101. The access network device receives a first message sent by the core network through a ground interface between the access network and the core network, where the first message includes first wireless network information of the core network.

[0074] 102. The access network device parses out the first wireless network information of the core network from the first message.

[0075] 103. The access network device generates second wireless network information according to the air interface protocol of the air interface between the access network and the user equipment and the first wireless ...

Abstract

The present invention provides a method and a device for across-system interoperation, and relates to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: receiving a first message comprising first wireless network information of a core network, generating second wireless network information according to an air interface protocol and the first wireless network information of the core network in the first message, and sending the second wireless network information to a user equipment. In the present invention, second wireless network information is generated according to an air interface protocol and first wireless network information of a core network in a received first message and the second wireless network information is sent, or fourth wireless network information is generated according to an interface protocol of a terrestrial interface and third wireless network information of a user equipment in the received second message and the fourth wireless network information is sent; in this manner, across-system decoupling of the terrestrial interface and the air interface is implemented, across-system integration is implemented, and inter-system operation signaling and time delay are reduced, and accordingly, decoupling of network standards between an NAS interface, the air interface and the terrestrial interface is implemented, thereby forming a real Single RAN integrating multiple network standards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of communication technology, in particular to a method and equipment for cross-system interoperability. Background technique [0002] At present, 2G / 3G (2nd Generation / 3rd Generation, second generation mobile communication technology / third generation mobile communication technology) networks have been widely deployed in many areas. With the rapid development of communication technologies, new-generation evolved networks such as LTE (Long Term Evolution, Long Term Evolution) networks have covered some urban areas and traffic hotspots. Therefore, evolved networks and 2G / 3G networks coexist in these areas. In order to reduce costs, a Single RAN (Single Radio Access Network, unified radio access network) solution in which radio access network equipment is shared has been produced. FusionNetwork (converged network) provides a Single RAN technology evolution method. Cross-system interoperability technology is the key techn...
