Embodiment Construction

[0023] A container manufactured by an injection molding process for dispensing flowable substances in figure 1 is shown in perspective view. The container comprises a receiving body 2 having an approximately elliptical cross-section. The receiving body 2 extends in the longitudinal direction along the main axis of the container and has a peripheral wall 4 . On the bottom side first end side, the receiving body 2 has an open end, at Figure 4 In this open end a plug 12 , shown separately in , which forms the bottom 6 of the receiving body, can be inserted. The stopper 12 closes the receiving body 2 at the bottom, starting from the vertically standing position of the container. A dispensing tip 10 is integrally formed on a second end side 8 of the receiving body 2 facing away from the receiving body bottom 6 . The dispensing tip 10 has a through longitudinal duct along the main axis, which duct connects the receiving body 2 with the external area. exist figure 1 In the ill...

Abstract

A container for dispensing a flowable substance, in particular glue, such as instant glue, includes a receiving body which has a circumferential wall and a main axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the receiving body. The bottom of the receiving body is formed either by a plug inserted into an open end of the receiving body or by an end wall formed integrally on the circumferential wall. A nozzle or dispensing tip for discharging the flowable substance is arranged at an end side of the receiving body facing away from the receiving body bottom. The nozzle or dispensing tip has an outlet opening. A lever is arranged on the circumferential wall and extends along the main axis forming an acute angle with the circumferential wall so that a slit-like intermediate space is formed.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a container for dispensing flowable substances, in particular glue such as instant glue. Background technique [0002] For example, a container for dispensing glue is known from document WO 2007 / 004203 A1 and is designed as a glue container. The container is made of polyolefin material, such as HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), and has an elongated shape along a main axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the glue container. The glue container is formed by a peripheral wall having a recess extending along the main axis. The bottom of the container is formed by an end wall which is integral with the peripheral wall. A second end side is formed on the end of the container facing away from the end wall, and the second end side comprises a nozzle with a discharge opening for the discharge of glue. [0003] Containers for storing glue are problematic both in their storage and in their ability to dispense the glue...
