Abstract

The invention provides a thermal expansion valve. Adjusting of opening degree of a valve port can be realized through a simple structure. The thermal expansion valve comprises a valve body of a hollow structure and with the valve port, and a valve cylinder internally disposed in the valve body, the valve cylinder is provided with a sealing structure used for sealing the valve port, and the valve cylinder and the valve body are provided with step structures which can be matched with each other for the convenience of limiting the sealing structure of the valve cylinder at a position away from the valve port by a preset distance. Through the step structures, the sealing structure of the valve cylinder is limited at the position away from the valve port by the preset distance for the convenience of the valve port to maintain certain minimum opening degree; control on the opening degree of the valve port is realized by arranging the step structures only, the thermal expansion valve is simple in structure, needless of adding of an assembling process, low in cost and free of middle transferring link, thereby being high in operating accuracy and positioning reliability; the opening degree of the valve port can be adjusted by only adjusting the positions of the step structures; due to simplification of a positioning structure, connecting points are reduced to reduce leaking points of the valve body, and comprehensive performance is improved.
