Embodiment Construction

[0050] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, structural principle and working principle of the present invention are specifically described:

[0051] see figure 1 and figure 2 , which are perspective views of optical components with different viewing angles in the first embodiment of the present invention. The optical component 10 of this embodiment includes a substrate 11 , two optical lenses 12 , and a collimating optical element. The substrate 11 has a through hole 111 , a groove 112 and two opposite long sides 113 , 114 . The through hole 111 is located between the two long sides 113 , 114 . The groove 112 is recessed from the second surface 116 of the substrate 11 toward the first surface 115 and protrudes from the first surface 115 , and the groove 112 is located at one end of one of the long sides. Such as figure 1 As shown, the groove 112 is located at one end of the long side 113 .

[0052] The two optical lenses 12 are respectively protruding from th...

Abstract

Provided are an optical assembly and an image capturer using same. The optical assembly comprises a substrate and two optical lenses. The substrate and the optical lenses are integrally formed and cannot be separated. The substrate is provided with a groove. A required collimation optical element can be accommodated in the groove or the collimation optical element and the substrate are integrally formed. Since the optical elements are produced while the optical assembly is made, the numbers, the time, and the cost of produced elements can be decreased. Further, when the image capturer is assembled, the optical assembly is just required to be locked on the body of the image capturer such that the arrangement of a front panel and the optical element is achieved, thereby greatly simplifying an assembly program and shortening assembly time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an optical component, in particular to an optical component suitable for an image picker of a barcode reading device. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of optical coding technology, the barcode system has replaced the complicated manual input method, and is widely used in various fields, and has the advantages of convenient control of goods and materials, document processing and filing, and rapid judgment of commodity prices. To read the information contained in each barcode, a barcode scanner (barcode reader) is required. The barcode scanner mainly uses the image capture device to capture the barcode image, and then analyzes the data in the barcode through the image processing program to facilitate subsequent applications. Regardless of the one-dimensional or two-dimensional barcode reading device, an image capture device is installed to scan and read the barcode to obtain the data in the barcode. [0003] A...
