According to the high-strength light H-shaped steel beam, the strength is greatly improved and the bearing capacity is improved; the cross-shaped holes of the web are capable of lightening the overall weight of the steel beam so as to avoid heaviness; and meanwhile, if concrete is poured, the bonding adhesive force between the steel beam and the concrete or other building materials is ensured so as to prevent the overall service life from being shortened due to mutual separation.
