Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid damping vibration isolator for a satellite. The liquid damping vibration isolator comprises a rigidity providing device, a damping providing device and a connecting and fixing device. The rigidity providing device is mainly composed of a left main corrugated pipe, a right main corrugated pipe, a left auxiliary corrugated pipe, a right auxiliary corrugated pipe and a compressing spring. The damping providing device is mainly composed of liquid in a damping disc and the corrugated pipes; the connecting and fixing device is composed of a left connecting cover plate, a right connecting cover plate, a left connecting disc, a right connecting disc, a left cover plate and a right cover plate. The left main corrugated pipe and the left auxiliary corrugated pipe are connected together in a sealing manner through the left connecting disc; the right main corrugated pipe and the right auxiliary corrugated pipe are connected together in a sealing manner through the right connecting disc; the left connecting disc and the right connecting disc are fixed to the left connecting cover plate; the two ends of the left auxiliary corrugated pipe and the two ends of the right auxiliary corrugated pipe are sealed through a left end cover and a right end cover; the damping disc is fixed to the right connecting cover plate; the end of the left connecting cover plate and the end of the right connecting cover plate are provided with threads connected with an external structure; and the compressing spring is arranged on the left auxiliary corrugated pipe.
