welding process quality of a
volute housing seat ring, comprising deploying a digital dial indicator and configuring a
wireless data acquisition module to establish a deformation
data acquisition and transmission link; acquiring deformation data in parallel through multiple channels of the link and performing preprocessing; constructing a
deformation monitoring model based on the preprocessed data, calculating the risk rate of a single measuring point, and then calculating the joint risk rate of multiple measuring points; and
synchronizing the data to multiple terminals and performing interactive
adaptation. This invention replaces manual reading with a high-precision digital dial indicator and
wireless automatic acquisition, achieving objective and accurate acquisition and real-time early warning of deformation data; by constructing a
deformation monitoring model and a
quantitative model of the joint risk rate of multiple measuring points, it accurately characterizes the deformation correlation of multiple measuring points, realizing quantitative prediction of the overall
structural deformation risk and proactive
process guidance; and through multi-terminal
data synchronization, it achieves
traceability of the entire
welding cycle data of the
volute housing seat ring and multi-
scenario adapted closed-loop monitoring, while being compatible with existing processes, thus improving the level of
quality control.
