voltage power grid outage maintenance grounding
protection system and an implementation method thereof. The
system comprises an intelligent grounding
pile module, a control module, a ground clearance detection unit and a safety
interlocking unit. The intelligent grounding
pile module comprises a grounding
pile control host, a grounding pile body, a depth self-detection unit, a
soil resistance detection unit and a positioning unit. The control module is matched with the intelligent grounding pile module to receive the geographic position coordinates, verify the geographic position coordinates with a preset maintenance area, generate a grounding completion
signal when the depth and the resistance value meet preset standards, and trigger an alarm and lock a subsequent operation authority when the depth or the resistance value does not meet the standards; the
terrain clearance detection unit monitors the
terrain clearance of an operator in real time; after receiving the grounding completion
signal, the safety
interlocking unit unlocks the ground clearance detection unit and dynamically controls the operation authority of the
power grid switch equipment according to data returned by the ground clearance detection unit; according to the invention, more rigorous and
safer maintenance operation guarantee can be realized.
