The system comprises a mobile terminal and a server terminal; the mobile terminal is used for acquiring three-dimensional human face data by using its own three-dimensional scanner according to a user' indication, extracting three-dimensional human face features from the three-dimensional human face data and sending the three-dimensional human face features and the user's indication to the server terminal; the server terminal is used for storing the three-dimensional human face features sent by the mobile terminal according to the user's indication or recognizing a human face; when the human face is recognized successfully, the server terminal returns successful identification information to the mobile terminal, otherwise, the server terminal returns failed identification information; and the mobile terminal is further used for allowing payment when the information returned by the server terminal is the successful identification information, otherwise, the mobile terminals refuses payment.
