Abstract

The invention discloses a variable pitch propeller, and belongs to the technical field of aviation. The variable pitch propeller comprises a main shaft, an electric brush device, a hub and two, three or four rotating vanes, wherein the rotating vanes are evenly distributed on the periphery of the hub, are fixedly connected with the hub and are the same in structure; the rear section of the main shaft is connected with the electric brush device; the front end of the main shaft is fixedly connected with the hub vertically; each rotating vane comprises a motor and a blade; the output shaft of each motor and the corresponding blade are fixedly connected to the root part of the blade; the electric brush device comprises a bracket and a plurality of pairs of electric brushes; each pair of electric brushes comprises an electric brush head and a conductive ring; all motors are connected with the controller by virtue of electric wires and the electric brushes; the motors are controlled to run and stop by the controller, so as to control an attack angle of the blade to periodically change. The variable pitch propeller is capable of simultaneously generating lift force and tensile force under the drive of active force and the control of the controller. The variable pitch propellers disclosed by the invention are applied to an airplane in pairs, and are symmetrically arranged in the middles of the front edges of a left wing and a right wing of the airplane, thus the lift force and the tensile force can be provided for the airplane, and the efficiency is relatively high.
