The coal seam borehole wall (4) is located in the coal seam shaft (5). The first filter liquor condensation receiver (1) is connected with the coal seam shaft (5) through a pipeline channel. The coal seam shaft (5) is connected with the drilling fluid container (11) through a pipeline channel to form a circulation channel. The slurry pump (19) and the flow controller (18) are arranged on the channel from the drilling fluid container (11) to the bottom of the coal seam shaft (5) and used for establishing circulation of drilling fluid and controlling the circulating flow of the drilling fluid.
