Abstract

The testing system comprises a stress wave conversion module, a signal conversion module, a signal amplification module and a processor which are sequentially connected together. The method comprises steps as follows: stress waves generated on an incidence rod and a transmission rod are acquired and converted into resistance signals; the resistance signals are converted into voltage signals of corresponding stress waves; after the voltage signals are amplified, and voltage amplification signals are acquired; time for loading energy on the initiating explosive device is calculated according to time start of generation of stress waves on the incidence rod and time start of generation of stress waves on the transmission rod; the stress waves loaded to the initiating explosive device are calculated according to the voltage amplification signals corresponding to the stress waves on the incidence rod; and energy loaded on the initiating explosive device is calculated according to the time for loading the energy to the initiating explosive device and the stress waves loaded on the initiating explosive device.
