Abstract

A roller is fixedly connected with a ball screw; the roller is pivoted to a rack; the auxiliary wheel device comprises a telescopic auxiliary wheel; the friction wheel device comprises a friction wheel and an oil cylinder; the friction wheel is arranged at the free end of a piston rod of the oil cylinder; the oil cylinder is connected with an energy accumulator by an oil circuit; the piston rod of the oil cylinder is in a vertical shape; the friction wheel is positioned below a gap between the roller and the auxiliary wheel. When the grinding machine is abnormally shut down, oil in the energy accumulator rapidly rushes into an oil cavity of the oil cylinder, the piston rod vertically jacks up the friction wheel, and the friction wheel is in contact with the roller and the auxiliary wheel; the roller firstly stops rotating, then the friction wheel drives the roller to rotate by a certain angle, the roller drives the ball screw to rotate by a certain angle, the ball screw drives a feeding carriage to back off by a certain distance and then stop and a workpiece is separated from a grinding head of a grinding wheel, so that scrapping of the workpiece or damage to the grinding machine is avoided.
