Abstract

The invention discloses an outer-rotor axial flow fan adopting an electromagnet bearing. The outer-rotor axial flow fan comprises a cylindrical shell, a support, an axial flow fan impeller and an outer-rotor motor. The axial flow fan impeller and the outer-rotor motor are arranged in a chamber of the cylindrical shell. The support is arranged at an air outlet of the cylindrical shell and fixedly connected with the cylindrical shell. The outer-rotor motor comprises a motor shell, a first radial electromagnet bearing, a second radial electromagnet bearing, a permanent magnet, a stator core, an axial electromagnet bearing and a stator bearing. The electromagnet bearings, the permanent magnet, the stator core and the stator bearing are arranged in the motor shell. According to the arrangement, by controlling electromagnetic force between a stator and a rotor of each electromagnet bearing, strength of the electromagnet bearings is changed, in this way, fixed frequency of the axial flow fan impeller is actively changed, and system resonance is effectively avoided, so that the fan smoothly runs at full working speed, service life of the bearing is remarkably prolonged and mechanical loss is reduced.
