Embodiment Construction

[0023] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0024] like Figure 1~2 As shown, the device for measuring the shear performance of transversely isotropic materials of the present invention includes a thin-walled tubular test piece 1, a fixed outer tube 2, a rotating inner tube 3, structural glue 4, a lower positioning ring 5, a lower connecting plate 6, Torque sensor 7, upper positioning ring 8, upper connection plate 9, flange plate 10.

[0025] refer to image 3 , the transversely isotropic material is processed into a thin-walled tubular specimen, where the axial direction is direction I, and the cross-section is perpendicular to each other (transverse direction) II, III. Specifically: first drill holes along the material direction I and remove the hole core to obtain the cylindrical inner wall...

Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for measuring shearing property of a transverse isotropic material. The device comprises a thin-wall tubular test piece, a fixed outer tube, a rotary inner tube, an upper positioning ring, a lower positioning ring, structure adhesive, an upper connecting disc, a lower connecting disc, a flange and a torque sensor. The transverse isotropic material is processed into the thin-wall tubular test piece, the axial direction is a direction I, a direction II and a direction III (transverse direction) are mutually perpendicular to each other in a cross section, and the mechanical properties of the material are identical. The rotary inner tube and the fixed outer tube are respectively bonded to the inner wall and the outer wall of the test piece, the outer tube is fixed, and a torsion torque is applied to the inner tube, so that the test piece only generates a shearing force in the thin-wall annular cross section. The shearing stress-strain curve of the test piece in the directions (transverse) II and III can be acquired by virtue of the torque of the outer tube, a torsion angle of the inner pipe and the outer wall surface of the inner tube, so that the shearing modulus and shearing strength of the test piece in the transverse isotropic direction can be obtained. The relative twisting of the inner wall and the outer wall of the thin-wall tube is ingeniously utilized, so that the shearing force is only generated in the transverse isotropic direction of the material, the parameter is intuitive and convenient to measure, and the test data is accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a shear property measuring device, in particular to a device and method for measuring the shear property of transversely isotropic materials. Background technique [0002] Transversely isotropic materials have the same elastic mechanical properties in any direction perpendicular to the axis (ie, transverse direction), including certain foam materials, honeycomb structure materials, composite materials, etc. Transverse shear performance is an important parameter to measure transversely isotropic materials. There are few measurement methods at present, mainly because the loading device is difficult to realize, for example, the material is only stressed in the transverse direction, and the material is evenly stressed on the measurement cross section. Therefore, a simple and accurate method for measuring the shear properties of transversely isotropic materials needs to be solved urgently. Contents of the invention [0003] In o...
