Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a catalyst for preparing biodiesel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning an ostrich egg eggshell by utilizing distilled water to remove impurities on the surface of the eggshell, and drying the eggshell for 12 to 20 hours at the temperature of 90 to 110 DEG C; crushing the eggshell, and filtering the crushed eggshell by utilizing a 160-mesh to 180-mesh sieve; and placing the filtered eggshell in a muffle furnace, roasting the eggshell for 2h at the temperature of 800 to 1000 DEG C under the condition of introducing nitrogen, so as to obtain white solid powder of the catalyst for preparing the biodiesel, and vacuum drying and storing the prepared catalyst. The preparation method has the advantages: (1) the raw material for preparing the catalyst is low in price, wide in source and good in regeneration effect; (2) the catalyst prepared in the method is relatively high in catalytic activity, and experiments show that the yield of the biodiesel can reach more than 90 percent; (3) the catalyst is recyclable, and when the catalyst is reused for six times, the yield of the biodiesel still can reach more than 80 percent.
