A windproof radiator comprises a radiator body and a base connected with the radiator body, wherein the radiator body comprises a connecting cylinder, radiating fins connected with the outer wall of the connecting cylinder and a heat transfer column connected with the inner wall at one end of the connecting cylinder; the radiating fins are elastic metal sheets and are arranged in an arc shape along the outer wall of the connecting cylinder; a mounting groove is formed in one side of the base; the radiator body is mounted in the mounting groove; a gap capable of accommodating the radiating fins is reserved between the connecting cylinder and the mounting groove; a controller is arranged in the base; a motor is arranged on the base and located on the edge of the mounting groove; the motor is connected with a connecting hole and used for driving the connecting cylinder to rotate; the motor is electrically connected with the controller.
