Abstract

An alpha-naphthylamine derivation method is adopted in the method, a Na2B4O7.10H2O aqueous solution with the pH value being 9.5 serves as a background buffer solution, under the conditions of 20 kv voltage and 0.5 psi of sample feeding conducted for 8 s, glucose and fructose in the nectar can be separated within 20 min, and the content of the glucose and the fructose is measured according to an external standard method.
