filtration discs. The method comprises: A)mainstream
smoke capture, wherein qualified cigarettes are selected according to weight and smoking resistance, a pre-treated
filtration disc and a standard
filtration disc are placed into a cigaretteclamper, the pre-treatment filtration disc is used at 1-3 h after a pre-treatment liquid is added, the cigarette is smoked by a linear smoking
machine under a standard condition, each pore channel smokes four cigarettes, and the mainstream
smoke of the cigarette is captured by a Cambridge filtration disc; B) filtration disc extraction, wherein the two filtration discs are placed into a
hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of 0.01 mol / L after the smoking is completed, oscillation is performed for 40 min at a
room temperature at a rotation speed of 150 r / min, filtering is performed with a 0.45 [mu]m aqueous phase
filtration membrane, and the sample is taken and is respectively analyzed through liquid
chromatography and
ion chromatography; and C) instrument analysis condition setting, wherein the liquid
chromatography instrument conditions for determining the
phenol-based compounds use the YC / T255-2008 cigarettes-determination of major phenolic compounds in mainstream
cigarette smoke-high-performance liquid chromatography method, and the
ion chromatography instrument conditions for determining the
ammonia use YC / T 377-2010 cigarettes-determination of
ammonia in mainstreamcigarette smoke-
ion chromatography method.
