simulation and simulation; a mismatch identification
signal of the lightweight injection molding
operation model is generated; an optimized target of the
injection molding machine process parameters is determined according to the mismatch identification
signal, the lightweight injection molding operation model is subjected to multi-round injection molding cycle simulation and simulation through the optimized target; and the optimized process parameters of the injection
molding machine are screened based on a global response surface. The application can improve the accuracy of intelligent optimization of injection
