Abstract

The surface layer, the transition layer and the bottom layer are formed by preparing water soluble resin and cement at a specific ratio, and the dry shrinkage value of the transition layer is ranged between that of the bottom layer and that of the surface layer. The problem that cracks occur due to the fact that the dry shrinkage values are greatly different from one another when the surface layer and the bottom layer are directly bonded is solved. Hence, the surface layer and the bottom layer can be better bonded. When the surface layer is prepared, a small amount of PLA-PEG is added to be matched with the water solubility epoxy resin for use, the surface layer is made more smooth, the color is brighter, and the anti-cracking, the waterproof and acid-resisting capacity is obviously improved. Materials of the surface layer, the transition layer and the bottom layer are limited specifically, and the surface tension between the surface layer, the transition layer and the bottom layer is matched with each other so that a superior bonding effect can be achieved. Meanwhile, the thickness proportion of the surface layer, the transition layer and the bottom layer is adjusted, and the overall strength can be further improved.
