The invention discloses a sample washing device which comprises a main pipe, a liquid storage barrel and a plurality of dividing pipes, wherein the main pipe is positioned above the liquid storage barrel, the upper part of the main pipe is connected with a sample room, and the lower part of the main pipe is connected with the liquid storage barrel; a plurality of dividing openings are uniformly formed in the side part of the liquid storage barrel, and each dividing pipe is connected to the corresponding dividing opening; the tail end of each dividing pipe is connected with a nozzle with a downward opening; each dividing pipe is further connected with a sample placing rack which is erected right below the nozzles. An experimental medium is conveyed to the liquid storage barrel by virtue of the main pipe, then is divided to the dividing pipes, and is finally sprayed out from the nozzle connected to the tail end of each dividing pipe. As the sample placing rack is further connected to the dividing pipes and is located right below the nozzles, a liquid sprayed out from the nozzles can be accurately sprayed to a sample, so that troubles that experimenters repeatedly adjust positions of the nozzles and the sample are avoided.
