Compared with a current recombinant cell which only contains the EphrinB2 extracellular region or is constructed by part of a gene sequence, a constructed recombinant HEK293 cell film containing the EphrinB2 gene total length can be used for stably expressing an EphrinB2 molecule, and has complete molecular activities. Under certain concentration, according to MTT (microwave theory and technologies) process detection, dasatinib has a good effect on the recombinant HEK293 cell, and therefore, the EphrinB2 high-expression recombinant HEK293 cell can be applied to drug screening in which EphrinB2 is taken a target spot.
